Known as the Creativity Whisperer, Dr. Nicole Harp, is a brain-based, Results Certified Coach. She uses insights from neuroscience to help leaders develop the mindset and habits essential to lead and sustain change.
Now more than ever, leaders must think and lead flexibly in order to innovate and grow. Moreover, as work environments continue the shift to hybrid, and people continue to seek meaning and belonging at work, leaders are called to use new lenses, adopt new skills, and implement new processes. Nicole supports clients to lead with their whole brain, and works with them to design experiences that challenge old thinking and inspire lasting change. Her passion is to help busy professionals lead happier, more authentic lives, at work and at home.
Prior to joining Personality Matters, Nicole spent several years as a teacher, adjunct professor and training and development consultant, working with learners of all ages. In addition, she writes novels for kids. She is the author of Just Right Jillian (HarperCollins, 2022) and The Many Fortunes of Maya (HarperCollins, 2023), middle-grade novels from that illuminate the challenges and rewards that come from learning to be true to yourself. Her forthcoming book, Best Friend Bracelet (HarperCollins, 2024), explores friendship and creativity with a hint of magic.
